Job Description

  • Track, trace, submit, review, print, and deliver electronic documents for all U.S. Cotton shipments including but not limited to Ocean bills of lading, AES export filings, and Phytosanitary applications and certifications.
  • Communicate directly with warehouses, ocean carriers, and agents on behalf of LDC.
  • Collaborate with both internal and external sources to resolve issues and maintain committed relationships.
  • Assist with developing standard operating procedures from initial shipment to printing documentation.
  • Coordinate with other team members to improve the documentation process and place LDC as the leader of automating and communicating electronic documentation globally.
  • Maintain confidential information.
