Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Event Executive to plan, coordinate, and execute corporate and promotional events end-to-end. The role involves close coordination with vendors, venues, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless and efficient event delivery, while maintaining high standards of execution and guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute corporate and promotional events end-to-end
- Coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution
- Manage event budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost optimization
- Develop event timelines, schedules, and execution checklists
- Handle logistics including venue setup, registrations, travel arrangements, and on-site coordination
- Support marketing initiatives through event promotions and brand visibility activities
- Monitor event performance and prepare post-event reports and analysis
- Ensure a high-quality guest experience and resolve issues during events
- Maintain and update databases of vendors, clients, and event resources
- Stay updated with industry trends and bring innovative ideas to enhance events
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong event planning and project management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Good understanding of budgeting and cost control
- Ability to manage logistics efficiently and solve problems under pressure
- Basic knowledge of event tools, MS Office, and vendor management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Event Management/Hospitality preferred)
- Relevant certifications in Event Management or Hospitality (preferred)
- NISM Certification (can be completed before joining)
Experience
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in event planning or coordination
