Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Events Operation Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in event operations, with a background in vendor management and hardware knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Event Planning: Assist in planning and coordinating events, ensuring effective execution.
- Vendor Management: Identify and manage relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Technical Support: Maintain knowledge of audio-visual equipment and troubleshoot issues on-site.
- On-site Management: Supervise operations during events to ensure smooth execution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience in event operations or a related role preferred.
- Strong understanding of fabrication processes and vendor management.
- Knowledge of audio-visual equipment and event hardware.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
