Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Events Operation Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in event operations, with a background in vendor management and hardware knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Event Planning: Assist in planning and coordinating events, ensuring effective execution.
  • Vendor Management: Identify and manage relationships with vendors and suppliers.
  • Technical Support: Maintain knowledge of audio-visual equipment and troubleshoot issues on-site.
  • On-site Management: Supervise operations during events to ensure smooth execution.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience in event operations or a related role preferred.
  • Strong understanding of fabrication processes and vendor management.
  • Knowledge of audio-visual equipment and event hardware.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
