  • Sr. Executive - Customer Support Job Responsibilities:




  • Define a long term strategic roadmap for providing a world class white glove managed services experience to clients based on their tiering


  • Manage and oversee team(s) executing Managed Services tasks via email, phone and chat, to clients


  • Work with support consultants to mentor and train the team to improve their knowledge of the company functionality and underlying process.


  • Maintain all SLAs and respond to customers via a ticketing system for their issues


  • Provide after hours and on-call support as needed.


  • Manage day-to-day processes across staff members including providing regular feedback, performance reviews and career development opportunities
