The role entails:
Operations Management and Customer Success
- Coordinate with internal teams and external clients to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.
- Oversee the seamless delivery of consulting engagements, training programs, webinars and other assignments.
- Manage client communications to effectively address and understand evolving requirements.
- Collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, including clients, vendors, partner organizations, freelancers and internal teams such as delivery, business development, finance, and operations.
- Contribute to the design and enhancement of integrated, user-friendly systems and processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
Resource Management
- Support resource management activities for the delivery team
- Engaging with freelancers for delivery of services.
- Assist in identifying, empaneling and managing freelancers for service delivery.
Client Relationship Management
- Monitor CSAT through various tools such as surveys etc.
- Proactively manage client needs to avoid any escalations
- Attend to client queries and issues and resolve the same.
Reporting
- Reporting via MIS & other statements as required for the role
Skills Required
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience Upto 2 years of relevant experience (Freshers welcome)
