As a Customer Order Management Executive you are responsible for handling orders from MWIN customers, managed
by responsible Sales Account Holders. You are reponsible for providing service in a way that secures MWs position as
a valued commercial partner and leading supplier of axial impellers.
You are furthermore responsible for a good cooperation with Sales team, Production, Purchasing and Shipping
department in MWIN stabling MW to deliver operational excellence according to MW value proposition.
Areas of responsibility:
The Employees job includes the following:
Customer Account management
Identify and develop new customers.
Understanding customers application requirements and suggesting a suitable product
Manage End to End Sales solution and customer support cycle.
Technical and Commercial agreements with the customers
Coordinating orders with production and logistics
Addressing and resolving any issues and customer complaints
Understand technical drawings and release their BOM in the ERP system reporting & maintaining data in ERP
system
To perform ad-hoc activities/ projects assigned by the management.
The most important skills and knowledge related to this job:
A solid technical background with an Mechanical engineering degree
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiations skills
High level of enthusiasm and persistence in pursuing goals
Highly structured, analytical, fact & details oriented
Autonomous, Visionary, innovative, proactive, and self-motivated
