Executive - Customer Experience/ Inside Sales

Role profile:

We are looking for a proactive Inside Sales Executive / Customer Support professional to drive lead generation, deliver excellent customer service, and support product-related queries. The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills in English and Hindi and be capable of handling premium sales and support interactions with a focus on customer satisfaction.

We are hiring for multiple locations.

Work from office - Gurugram/Noida/Solapur/Pune

Skills:

• Proficient in both Hindi and English (written and verbal communication).
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
• Excellent sales and customer service orientation, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Ability to manage premium processes with professionalism and attention to detail.

Qualifications:

• Under-Graduate/Graduate in any stream.

Experience:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in lead generation or customer service (freshers can also apply).

Others:

• Comfortable working in a 6-day work week environment.
