Job Description

  • Responsible for end-to-end customer service.
  • KPIs as defined under Streamline i.e. (Customer Satisfaction Index, Forecast Accuracy).
  • Process improvements in CSD functions.
  • Feedback from internal stakeholders.
  • Reduce the number of service related complaints.
  • Complaints addressing and closure within T-A-T
  • Knowledge on Customer service, Logistics & Supply chain
  • Insurance process If any transit claim
  • Knowledge on GST, E waybill and mandatory documentation for Export and Domestic.
  • Should have a knowledge on customer claim
  • Manage and should report On Time Delivery, Workload Efficiency, etc. against the targets
