Job Description

Responsible for Rural and Urban insurance sales though network of RAP
High Level of Engagement with Rural Authorized Persons (RAPs) and Village Level Entrepreneurs (VLEs) by visiting them round the month
Handling the whole sales process with personal sales targets
Organizing District level workshop for VLE and RAPs
Responsible for Training and Motivation to CSC-VLE for successful IRDAI Examination completion
Liasoning with CSC e District Managers (eDM) across state.
Constantly searching for new VLEs and their conversion into Raps
Scheduling Sales calls and meeting with CSC-VLE/RAPs/eDMs
Following Competitors Actions and Activities and suitable actions accordingly
Interdepartmental coordination to ensure smooth operations and claims experience to customers
