Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Counter Sales Representative based in Mumbai. The role involves interacting with retail customers, helping them select products, managing the sales counter, processing sales transactions, and ensuring excellent customer service. You will be responsible for maintaining good relationships with customers, providing product information, and supporting the smooth operation of retail sales at the store.We also have our sales on Whatsapp, Website,online marketplaces , so the candidate will be expected to manage the online orders for the same.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Retail Sales and Sales processes
• Strong Customer Service and Relationship Building skills
• Manage Online sales, process e commerce orders
• Excellent Communication skills and ability to engage with customers effectively
• Ability to work in a fast-paced on-site retail environment with attention to detail
• Basic understanding of inventory management and store operations
• Prior experience in the food or dry fruits industry is a plus
• Computer knowledge, basic english speaking, reading and writing is must.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in sales or customer service are advantageous
