Job Description

We are hiring an Executive / Corporate Chef to lead all culinary operations across outlets and the Central Kitchen. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with strong experience in QSR systems, R&D, SOPs, inventory control, and team development.

You will be responsible for standardization, innovation, cost control, training, and operational excellence across the brand.

Key Responsibilities

1. Culinary Leadership & Operations

Oversee end-to-end kitchen operations at the Central Kitchen and all outlets

Develop, implement, and monitor SOPs for consistency, hygiene, and efficiency

Ensure compliance with FSSAI, food safety, and hygiene standards

Enforce kitchen discipline, uniform standards, and best practices

Conduct regular audits and inspections across locations

2. Menu Development & Standardization

Lead R&D for new menu items aligned with market trends

Standardize recipes, portioning, and cooking methods across outlets

Optimize existing dishes for taste, speed, cost, and scalability

Ensure uniform food quality and presentation across all locations

3. Inventory, Cost & Waste Control

Oversee procurement, vendor coordination, and stock planning

Control food costs, manage yields, and reduce wastage

Implement efficient inventory tracking and storage systems

Work closely with management to improve margins and profitability

4. Team Training & Development

Lead, train, and mentor CDPs, Commis, and kitchen staff

Build structured training modules for SOPs, hygiene, and productivity

Evaluate performance and create growth paths for kitchen teams

Develop future leaders within the organization

5. Expansion & Central Kitchen Growth

Support new outlet launches with kitchen setup and workflows

Design scalable kitchen systems to support expansion

Work closely with leadership on long-term culinary strategy

Requirements

10+ years of experience in professional kitchens (QSR / fast food preferred)

Strong expertise in Indo-Arabic & Middle Eastern cuisine

Experience managing multi-outlet or central kitchen operations

Proven ability in R&D, SOP creation, inventory & cost control

Strong leadership, training, and organizational skills

Passion for building systems and scaling a food brand
