PivotRoots is looking for Content Writer Role
Responsibilities:
- Creating webpage content around products and services creating web tutorials and PPT or press releases or white papers case studies or proof reading to study and understand complex technology or science and business-related material and create thought papers.
- Immaculate English with excellent writing skills. An active blogger will be a plus.
- Identifying new content requirements. Rewriting content of existing pages for better keyword density. Ability to create fresh & innovative digital content.
- Conceptualizing communication strategy for the digital space.
- Maintain correctness of content on the website and consistency of format of data.
- Handling Content Rich Portals, Creating Content Calendars & Knowledge of SEO basics.
- Identifying content updates needed and coordinating with the client.
- Working on pitch concepts to clients & playing a key role in the campaigns.
- Ability to handle blogging networks and have strong negotiating skills
- Identify and suggest to the Project Manager, Content providers for new content/change of content. Possible input in blogging and social networking too depending on the candidate's acumen.
Requirements:
- Previous writing experience in BFSI
- Understanding the importance of content and content marketing in the digital marketing ecosystem
- General Knowledge and general aptitude
- Strong grammar skills
- Basic understanding of SEO and how it works
- Google Trends
- Google Keyword Planner
- Aware of Google Content Writing best practices
Good to have:
- Experience in a digital agency, with exposure to blog and website content writing
- Background in Media/Literature
- Must have worked on brands and handled website blogs and content marketing strategies
