Job Title: Executive Clinical Training

Role Summary

Responsible for creating, managing, and delivering clinical and technical training content aligned with QA requirements. Supports technologists, radiologists, and QA teams through structured training, case curation, testing, and continuous learning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Driving the training need analysis for Radiologist & Technologist

Developing training PPTs based on QAs, from interesting cases marked by rads and critical value cases, also preparing quizzes and getting reviewed by radiologists.

Develop general training modules (anatomy, pathology, basics).

Compile and prepare monthly training PPTs from rad and tech group learning content and organize shared cases entity-wise in existing ppts.

Training Repository & LMS (Moodle)

Maintain a curated database (with a tracker) of training ppts- Segregate as per topics.

Technologists training

Organizing and recording the technologist training session

Upload and organize content in Moodle for easy access and navigation.

Conduct one-on-one interactions with technologists to address QA queries and learning gaps. Act as a link between QA requirements and training execution.

Case Curation & Academic Support

Maintain a curated database of training and academic cases (critical value cases).

Maintain Case of the Week (COTW) content and reuse cases for quizzes and academics.

Support rad conference presentation through case selection, ppt preparation, ensuring quality standards for images, cine loops, and presentations. Quality check for ppts for rad conference.

Radiologist Onboarding & Case Review

Supporting the onboarding of radiologists by sharing structured case reviews and tracking training content review till completion.
