RazorSign is looking for a detailed-oriented Client Enablement Executive. This role will be directly accountable for the overall success of the implementation/roll-out of the products according to strict deadlines and budget. You will be responsible for overall execution including planning, overall approach, target market/customer, technologies, time frames, deliverables, scope, risk, efforts, etc. It also includes defining or adopting the specific process/procedures that will be used to manage the product.
As a delivery executive, you must work closely with your manager in constantly championing the product features and functionality, and you must explain/demonstrate your product capabilities and benefits of the product to other USIL team members, new employees, the sales team, customers, etc., at any time.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand the process for configuration modeling for all products.
- Assist manager in onboarding of the client.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Tech, Sales, and Support) to ensure timely and successful delivery.
- Configure product settings, integrations, and custom workflows as per client requirements.
- Document client requirements, configuration details, and implementation milestones.
- Troubleshoot implementation challenges and provide proactive solutions.
- Track and report on project progress, client satisfaction, and key onboarding metrics.
- Provide training and enablement support to clients post-implementation to drive adoption.
- Identify process improvements and share client feedback with the product and success teams.
- Conceptualize and formulate the best solutions in close collaboration with business that effectively address key implementation objectives.
- Get testimonials from clients.
Qualifications
- Experience of up to 3 years in client onboarding, implementation, or within a SaaS or IT environment.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field/MBA.
- Collaborative/cooperative with a sales approach.
- Conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Basic understanding of APIs, data mapping, or integrations (preferred).
