Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Chef located in Jaipur. The Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, planning and designing menus, managing kitchen staff, ordering supplies, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Additional responsibilities include maintaining food quality, presentation, and standards. The role also involves mentorship and training of junior chefs, budget management, and collaborating with restaurant management to enhance the dining experience.

Qualifications

  • Menu planning, Recipe development, and Food presentation skills
  • Staff management, Training, and Mentorship experience
  • Knowledge of food safety and health regulations
  • Inventory management and Budgeting skills
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Experience in fine dining or high-end restaurants is a plus
