Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Amravati for an Executive Chef. Responsibilities include menu creation, ensuring food quality and consistency, supervising kitchen staff, managing kitchen operations, and controlling inventory and costs. The Executive Chef will ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while mentoring the kitchen team and fostering a positive, innovative kitchen environment. Planning and adapting menus based on seasonal ingredients and customer preferences will also be key aspects of the role.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in menu creation, recipe development, and culinary innovation
  • Expertise in food preparation, cooking techniques, and food presentation
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in mentoring and training kitchen staff
  • Understanding of inventory management, cost control, and budgeting
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and safety in the kitchen
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Formal culinary training or relevant certifications; prior experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of local and international cuisines is highly desirable
