This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Chef located in New Delhi. The Executive Chef will be responsible for planning and directing food preparation, ensuring the highest standard of food quality and presentation, and managing kitchen staff. This role involves menu planning, sourcing ingredients, maintaining sanitation standards, and collaborating with event coordinators to create bespoke menus for a variety of events.

• Extensive experience in culinary arts, including menu planning, food presentation, and food preparation
• Strong leadership skills for managing and training kitchen staff
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and quality control standards
• Creativity in developing new recipes and reinvigorating traditional ones
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle multiple events simultaneously
• Formal culinary training and a proven track record in luxury catering or high-end restaurants
• Exceptional communication skills and a client-focused mindset
