Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in New Delhi for an Executive Pastry Chef. The Executive Pastry Chef will oversee all aspects of the pastry and dessert operations, including menu development, recipe creation, and day-to-day production. Responsibilities include maintaining quality and consistency, supervising and training pastry staff, ensuring adherence to hygiene and safety standards, and controlling inventory and costs. The Executive Pastry Chef will collaborate closely with the culinary team and contribute to innovative guest experiences.

Qualifications
  • Proficient in dessert and pastry preparation, artisanal baking, and decoration techniques
  • Expert skills in menu planning, recipe development, and food presentation
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities, including staff training and performance monitoring
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards, inventory control, and cost management
  • Creativity, attention to detail, and passion for culinary excellence
  • Experience in luxury or high-end hospitality preferred
  • Bachelor's or certification in Culinary Arts, Baking, or related discipline
