Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Chef located in Hyderabad. The Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, creating and executing menus, managing food quality, training kitchen staff, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

  • Culinary Arts, Food Production, and Menu Development skills
  • Experience in kitchen management and supervising staff
  • Food safety and sanitation knowledge
  • Creativity and innovation in culinary creations
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working in fine dining establishments is a plus
  • Certification from a culinary institute or equivalent experience
