Role Overview
Brie Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an Executive Chef with strong expertise in breads, sandwiches, meats, and salads to lead menu creation and kitchen execution across our growing portfolio. This role is hands-on and suited for a chef who understands flavour, consistency, speed, and scalability, especially in caf and casual dining formats.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end kitchen operations with a focus on breads, sandwiches, meats, and salads
- Develop and standardise recipes that balance taste, cost, and execution speed
- Lead bread and dough programs, including in-house baking and prep workflows
- Design menus that are repeat-driven, operationally efficient, and scalable
- Control food cost, wastage, and portioning through strong SOPs and costing discipline
- Hire, train, and lead kitchen teams while maintaining quality and hygiene standards
- Coordinate closely with operations and management on menu launches and improvements
- Ensure FSSAI compliance, kitchen hygiene, and safety norms at all times
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of kitchen experience, with proven strength in breads, sandwiches, meats, and salads
- Experience in cafs, casual dining, or QSR-style kitchens preferred
- Strong understanding of prep systems, batch cooking, and service efficiency
- Ability to build menus that work across dine-in and takeaway formats
- Hands-on leadership style with strong people management skills
- Cost-conscious, detail-oriented, and execution-focused mindset
