Key Deliverables:

• Provide day-to-day technical assistance across assigned vessels under guidance of Technical Managers
• Maintain accurate vessel documentation, technical records, reports, and manuals
• Coordinate with internal departments and vessel staff for resolution of supply or equipment issues
• Ensure adherence to technical SOPs, and escalate unresolved issues in a timely manner

Role Responsibilities:

• Support technical issue tracking, product knowledge sharing, and customer response initiatives
• Collaborate with purchasing, QHSE, and operations teams to close open technical challenges
• Monitor service quality and implement learnings from training sessions to improve outcomes
• Ensure proper handling of technical documentation and data consistency across all platforms
