Position: Executive Case and Communications

Reporting To: Manager Case and Communications / Head Legal Operations
We are looking for a detail-oriented communications professional responsible for handling case-related communication and customer interactions. This role is ideal for candidates who have strong communication skills, are customer-focused, and can perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage inbound and outbound calls as per defined processes and workflows
Communicate with customers in a clear, professional, and empathetic manner
Provide information, resolve queries, and ensure timely follow-ups
Accurately document call details, case notes, and updates in the system
Address customer concerns and escalate issues when required
Adhere to approved call scripts, compliance standards, and quality benchmarks
Coordinate with internal teams for prompt and effective issue resolution
Meet assigned daily and weekly calling volumes and performance targets
Graduate with 12 years of relevant work experience
Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
Confident, calm, and professional call-handling abilities
Good persuasion and negotiation skills
Multilingual proficiency preferred (English, Hindi, and regional languages such as Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Marathi, Bengali, etc.)
Clear pronunciation with a neutral or adaptable accent
Ability to switch languages based on customer comfort
Strong problem-solving and customer-first mindset
Tech-savvy with the ability to handle basic technical troubleshooting
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Advanced proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace
Self-motivated, resilient, and willing to take initiative
Eagerness to learn and go beyond assigned responsibilities
