Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients and create a strategy to target and develop these clients
- Develop and maintain a database of leads and prospects.
- Conduct research and gather market intelligence to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of market trends.
- Develop and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Negotiate and close sales deals with new clients.
- Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
- Enthusiastic to build good relationships with people.
- Attend conferences, trade shows, and other events to stay up to date on industry developments and establish new connections.
- Achieve Sales Targets via Inbound & Outbound Leads.
Requirements:
- Experience working on tools like Sales Navigator, Upwork Etc.
- Proven track record of success in business development within the IT industry
- Knowledge and understanding of the IT industry and related technologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
