Job Description

The Business Development Executive Hyderabad is responsible for driving sales of residential and commercial properties by identifying prospective buyers and closing property transactions. The role focuses on revenue generation through market knowledge, client acquisition, and effective deal execution within the Hyderabad real estate market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and connect with potential buyers for residential and commercial properties
  • Present and showcase properties while providing accurate and current property information
  • Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
  • Evaluate buyer requirements and align suitable property offerings
  • Monitor real estate market trends, pricing, and property values in Hyderabad
  • Maintain long-term client relationships built on trust and professionalism
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external parties to facilitate smooth transaction closure
