Job Summary
NephroPlus is hiring fresh and aspiring candidates with a background in Electrical, Electronics, Biomedical, or Instrumentation engineering. This role involves working alongside senior biomedical executives to ensure smooth equipment operations, installation, maintenance, and customer satisfaction across dialysis centers. Candidates must be self-driven, analytical, and customer-focused with a strong willingness to travel.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the installation, adjustment, calibration, and performance testing of biomedical equipment.
- Conduct preventive maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and repair malfunctioning equipment.
- Demonstrate and instruct healthcare personnel in proper operation and care of biomedical devices.
- Maintain documentation and evaluation reports for proposed and active equipment.
- Analyze equipment performance and user interaction by collaborating with healthcare staff and manufacturers.
- Track inventory of biomedical supplies, place orders, and verify receipt.
- Prepare routine biomedical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing trends.
- Conduct safety checks and recommend best practices for compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Maintain proper records of RO test reports and registers.
- Communicate effectively with clients and senior leadership to manage expectations.
- Implement corrective and preventive actions for process improvements.
Job Specification
- Qualification: B.E. / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Biomedical, or Instrumentation Engineering.
- Willingness to relocate and travel (domestic or international assignments).
- Self-motivated and analytically strong.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Office.
