What You Can Expect
Provides administrative support to executive level management (reports to CPO and supports CPO + VP + 1-2 Sr. Directors). This position involves high level contact and requires effective communication with Zimmer Biomet senior management, their assistants, and external suppliers. The position involves exposure to sensitive information and requires the ability to maintain confidentiality. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention for details. This person should have experience working in an office environment, performing administrative duties, and providing support to 2-3 executives.

How You'll Create Impact
- Working with team members to collate presentation materials; and organizing and coordinating in-house and off-site meetings, teleconferences and video conferences.
- Coordinate complex scheduling and calendar management
- Prioritizing and handling of all scheduling of appointments and maintaining Microsoft Outlook calendar
- Manage senior executives travel logistics and activities, including accommodations, transportation (both domestic travel within US and international locations)
- Create and submit expense reports in a timely manner
- Anticipate executive needs proactively.
- Organize and prioritize incoming requests

Education And Experience Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in administrative or related roles required
- Demonstrated experience providing administrative support at the executive level.
