We are looking for a highly organized and proactiveExecutive Assistantto support senior leadership in day-to-day operations, coordination, and decision-making activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, appointments, schedules, and daily coordination tasks
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required
- Handle communication, emails, follow-ups, and internal coordination
- Support in meeting preparation, minutes, and task tracking
- Assist with project coordination and cross-department workflow
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure smooth administrative operations
- Coordinate travel, events, and logistical arrangements
- Track deadlines, priorities, and ensure timely completion of tasks
Requirements
- 25 years of experience as an Executive Assistant / Administrator
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent reporting, documentation, and organisational abilities
- Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work with senior-level stakeholders
- High professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
