Role Description
We are looking for a seasoned and dependable Executive Assistant with 3+ years of experience, preferably within the media, broadcasting, or entertainment sectors. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the maturity to operate in a fast-paced, high-profile environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple priorities with discretion and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
EA Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for senior leadership
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting briefs
- Act as a point of contact between internal teams and external stakeholders
- Handle travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense tracking
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
Sales & CRM :
- Manage and maintain the CRM system (data entry, pipeline tracking, reporting)
- Track leads, follow-ups, and conversions to ensure no opportunity is missed
- Coordinate with the sales team to update deal status and forecasts
- Generate sales reports, dashboards, and performance insights
- Ensure proper documentation of client interactions and sales activities
- Identify and connect with potential clients via calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, demos, and presentations for the sales team
- Follow up with clients post-meetings to drive engagement and closure
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure a seamless communication flow
Additional Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Support marketing campaigns and lead generation initiatives
- Maintain organized records of contracts, proposals, and agreements
- Assist in onboarding new clients and ensuring smooth handover to execution teams
- Identify process gaps and implement efficiency improvements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 4–10 years of experience in Executive Assistance, Sales Coordination, or CRM roles
- Strong knowledge of CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, etc.)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- High level of organization, multitasking, and attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
