Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and resourceful Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Director. This role requires excellent organizational skills, discretion, communication abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities efficiently. The Executive Assistant will play a key role in enabling the Director to focus on strategic initiatives while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative Support

  • Manage and coordinate the Director's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Draft, review, and manage official correspondence, emails, reports, and presentations.
  • Organize and prepare for meetings including agendas, materials, and minutes.
  • Track action items and ensure timely follow-up on deliverables.

Business Coordination

  • Act as a liaison between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate across departments (Sales, HR, Accounts, Operations) to ensure alignment.
  • Assist in preparing business reports, proposals, and presentations for internal and external use.

Project & Strategic Support

  • Support the Director in monitoring key projects, deadlines, and performance indicators.
  • Conduct research and compile information to support decision-making.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity.

Operational Support

  • Oversee documentation, filing systems, and record keeping for the Director's office.
  • Coordinate with teams for financial, HR, and administrative requirements.
  • Assist in event planning, corporate communication, and other ad-hoc tasks.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Mass Communication, or related field.
  • 1+ years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools.
  • Strong problem-solving, time management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, handle pressure, and maintain confidentiality.
