Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings with stakeholders
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports to ensure clarity and professionalism
- Organize travel arrangements and itineraries for executives as needed
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of executives
- Conduct research, gather information, and provide analysis to support various projects
- Maintain organized electronic files and records to enhance productivity
- Coordinate special projects and follow through on deadlines to ensure successful completion
- Provide general administrative support and assist in onboarding new team members
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbally and in writing
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management software
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time well in a fast-paced environment
- High level of professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
- Experience in processing expense reports and budget management is a plus
