Role Description
We are looking for a well-organised and proactive Executive Assistant to the Director of the company based near the Airport (Delhi). The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills. good English writing ability, and hands-on experience with office tasks, banking follow-ups, procurement coordination, and travel logistics. Additionally, the role involves coordinating communication and ensuring smooth office operations. It also involves travelling with the top Management nationally and internationally.
Key Responsibilities:
Follow up on banking and financial documents.
Draft and respond to emails professionally in English.
Assist with procurement activities, follow-ups, and basic negotiations
Manage travel and logistics arrangements for staff and guests.
Support in organizing schedules, meetings, and document filing.
Maintain coordination with vendors, banks, and internal departments
Use computer and internet tools for research, documentation, and communication
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or related field
1-3 years of experience in an administrative or assistant role
Excellent written and spoken English
Strong organisational and follow-up skills
Proficient in MS Office and latest internet AI tools
Preference will be given to candidate with foreign language knowledge - French / Russian / Spanish
