We are setting up a new regulatory and trade compliance consulting firm and need an executive assistant to keep operations running smoothly from day one.
What you'll do:
Maintain and update project tracker and lead tracker in Excel. Circulate updates to stakeholders daily/weekly.
Coordinate with our CA for invoicing, payment follow-ups, and maintenance of books.
Schedule and coordinate appointments with Government offices, clients, and partners. Handle related communication.
Ensure all records, trackers, and files are accurate, complete, and up to date at all times.
Support general office coordination correspondence, filing, follow-ups, meeting notes.
What we need:
Discipline and grit. This is a startup environment. Things move fast. Nothing should fall through the cracks.
Strong Excel skills you will live in spreadsheets. Sorting, filtering, basic formulas, clean data entry.
Clear written and spoken communication in English and Hindi.
Ability to speak professionally with Government officers, CA firms, and senior clients.
Someone who takes ownership if a tracker is not updated, it bothers you before anyone tells you.
