Job Title: Executive Assistant

Salary: Up to 40,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide direct support to senior management at Trubld. Based in our Cunningham Road, Bangalore office, the role involves managing calendars, coordinating meetings, preparing documentation, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years experience in executive support, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Draft, review, and manage professional correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between executives, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain organizational compliance.
  • Track deadlines, follow up on deliverables, and ensure timely closure of tasks.
  • Support project coordination, documentation, and operational teams.
  • Organize and oversee office operations including vendor and resource management.
  • Anticipate executive needs and proactively provide solutions to streamline workflows.
  • Circulate agendas, prepare briefing notes, and ensure executives are ready with context.
  • Track action items from meetings and ensure accountability across teams.
  • Schedule calls with clients, prepare summaries, and maintain CRM records in real time.
  • Process reimbursements, track budgets, and coordinate with finance for timely payments.
  • Assist in organizing internal events, workshops, or client meetings.
  • Quickly respond to last-minute changes in schedules, travel, or priorities.
  • Update dashboards, maintain project trackers, and ensure executives have real-time data access.
  • Provide executives with daily summaries of key updates, deadlines, and priorities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferrable or any degree.
  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
