Act as a professional interface between internal and external stakeholders. Draft, review, and manage clear and professional correspondence. Track follow-ups and action items from meetings.
Plan and coordinate meetings, workshops, and review sessions. Prepare agendas, supporting materials, and minutes. Monitor timelines and ensure timely closure of action items.
Arrange domestic and international travel, including itineraries, visas, and logistics. Support leadership offsites, client meetings, and business events. Process and track expense claims in line with company policies.
Assist Transport leadership on ad-hoc strategic initiatives and internal projects. Coordinate across business lines, markets, and regions. Contribute to process improvement and enhanced ways of working.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for reporting, coordination, and presentation preparation.
