About the Role

The Operations & HR Manager ensures seamless functioning across all departments at Rocktfuel managing people, processes, and systems while supporting the social media team with coordination and content delivery. The role combines HR management, operational oversight, and basic social media support to maintain structure, efficiency, and smooth execution in a dynamic creative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Administration

  • Handleclient and influencer contracts and invoices as and when required, maintain a central repository, and track renewals, expiries, and payments.
  • Overseeclient onboarding, including Notion folder creation, trackers, and reporting structures.
  • Maintainclient file organisation, reports, and brand assets across Notion and Google Drive.
  • Track and recordoperational, shoot, and influencer expenses, manage petty cash, and process vendor payments.
  • Manageequipment inventory, transport, and maintenance, ensuring safe usage and accountability.
  • Prepare and sendmonthly performance reportswith the social media and strategy teams.
  • MaintainNotion dashboards, trackers, and SOPsfor internal coordination and workflow management.
  • Support leadership withHR compliance, data organisation, and process improvement initiatives.

Human Resources Management

  • Manageemployee onboarding and offboarding, including offer letters, HR agreements, documentation, and inductions.
  • Maintainattendance, leave records, and employee databases, ensuring policy compliance.
  • Supportrecruitment, coordinate interviews, and maintain candidate and staff records.
  • Assist withtraining, team communication, and performance tracking.

Social Media & Team Support

  • Assist inplanning, scheduling, and publishing contentacross multiple social media platforms.
  • Supportclient onboardingby collecting brand assets, references, and campaign inputs.
  • Coordinate withdesign, copy, and video teamsfor timely creative delivery and feedback alignment.
  • Curatecaptions and hashtagsfor posts, carousels, and reels, ensuring consistency with brand tone and engagement.
  • Collaborate with the social media team to ensuresmooth campaign execution and reporting.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, Marketing, or related field.
  • 24 years of experience inoperations, HR, or agency management(preferably in a creative or marketing setup).
  • Excellentorganisational, communication, and multitaskingabilities.
  • Strong understanding ofsocial media processes and content coordination.
  • Proficiency inNotion, Google Workspace, and Excel.
  • Attention to detail, proactive attitude, and ability to handle multiple deliverables at once.
