Key Responsibilities- Strategic Support: Act as a gatekeeper and strategic partner to the Director, managing a complex calendar and prioritising high-value tasks.
- Proactive Problem Solving: Use a sharp, analytical mindset to handle logistical challenges and streamline the Director's daily workflow.
- High-Level Communication: Draft professional emails, reports, and presentations, ensuring the Director's voice is represented with clarity and impact.
- Commitment to Excellence: Take full ownership of projects from inception to completion with a strong willingness to go the extra mile.
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external partners, maintaining professional relationships at all levels.
