We are looking for a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant to work closely with the CTO. This role is ideal for anyone who wants exposure to leadership, technology operations, and strategic execution.
You will act as the CTO's right hand - helping build technology strategy, vision, roadmaps, research while optimizing time, information, and execution management across multiple teams.
Key Responsibilities
Executive & Strategic Support
Act as a thought and execution partner to the CTO by helping prepare for strategic discussions, leadership meetings, and reviews
Assist in synthesizing information from multiple sources into clear briefs, summaries, and decision inputs
Support preparation for quarterly planning, OKR reviews, and leadership updates
Project & Initiative Support
Assist in planning and tracking strategic initiatives across Engineering, Product, and Data teams
Translate business requirements into structured notes, trackers, and reports
Help organize data for product experiments, releases, and performance metrics
Prepare dashboards, summaries, and updates for ongoing projects
Document discussions, decisions, risks, and next steps from cross-functional meetings
Support OKR monitoring and weekly/monthly execution rhythm
Research & Analysis
Conduct structured research on tools, vendors, technologies, and operational topics as needed
Prepare concise comparison notes, pros/cons analyses, and recommendation summaries
Gather and organize information to support decision-making across technology, product, and operations
Program & Operational Coordination
Track key initiatives, action items, and commitments across teams
Follow up with stakeholders to ensure progress and closure
Maintain visibility into timelines, dependencies, and risks
Help bring structure to cross-team execution where ownership is shared
Information Flow & Knowledge Management
Capture discussions, decisions, and outcomes from meetings
Convert unstructured inputs into clear documentation, notes, and records
Maintain organized repositories of documents, updates, and reference material
Leadership Enablement
Help ensure the CTO has the right information, context, and updates at the right time
Prepare summaries and dashboards that reflect the current state of initiatives
Proactively flag gaps, delays, or areas needing attention
Hiring & Team Support
Support hiring and onboarding processes by coordinating interviews and maintaining clear records
Assist in compiling interview feedback and candidate summaries
Help ensure smooth onboarding experiences for new team members
Execution & Continuous Improvement
Identify recurring operational friction or inefficiencies
Propose improvements to workflows, documentation, or coordination mechanisms
Take ownership of special projects and ad-hoc initiatives as assigned
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain organized documentation repositories
Prepare summaries, reports, and decks
Administrative Support (As Needed)
Provide light administrative support such as scheduling and coordination when required, with the goal of enabling higher-value work and focus
