Job Description

  • Provide administrative support to the MD of a leading Private equity fund

Job Description

  • Manage the MD's calendar, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
  • Handle email correspondence and ensure timely responses to important communications.
  • Organize travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and other necessary documentation.
  • Maintain confidential records and ensure sensitive information is securely managed.
  • Liaise with clients and internal teams to facilitate seamless communication.
  • Support project management activities, including tracking deadlines and deliverables.
  • Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required by the MD

The Successful Applicant

A successful EA to MD should have:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Prior experience in an executive assistant or similar role in professional services or consultancy.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software tools.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
  • The ability to maintain discretion and handle confidential information.
