About The Opportunity

A fast-growing company operating in the Artificial Intelligence and Enterprise Software sector, delivering innovative SaaS and AI-enabled solutions for business customers. We operate with high-velocity leadership teams and require disciplined, proactive operational support to keep executive decision-making and stakeholder engagement running smoothly.

Primary title: Executive Assistant to Managing Director (On-site, India). We are seeking a polished, detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide high-trust support to the Managing Director and the leadership team.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage the Managing Director's calendar, prioritise commitments, and coordinate internal and external meetings to optimise executive time.
  • Prepare and edit presentations, reports, and briefing notes; ensure materials are accurate, polished, and delivered on deadline.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, visas, itineraries, and on-ground logistics ensuring cost-efficient arrangements and compliance with travel policies.
  • Handle expense reporting, vendor invoices, and basic budget tracking; liaise with finance to ensure timely reconciliation.
  • Act as gatekeeper for communicationtriage email and phone requests, draft responses, and escalate matters as needed while maintaining strict confidentiality.
  • Organise leadership events, board/steering meetings, and follow up on action items to ensure timely closure and stakeholder alignment.
