1. Strategic & Business Support
- Act as a strategic partner to the MD in planning, execution, and monitoring of key business initiatives.
- Prepare business reports, board presentations, and confidential documents.
- Track progress of high-priority defence contracts and ammunition projects.
- Conduct research and data analysis to support decision-making.
2. Government & Regulatory Coordination
- Liaise with government departments, defence authorities, and regulatory bodies.
- Assist in documentation related to compliance, licensing, and audits.
- Coordinate meetings with armed forces officials and ministry representatives.
3. Executive Coordination
- Manage MD's calendar, appointments, and travel (including high-security visits).
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes of meetings (MOM), and follow-up trackers.
- Ensure timely closure of action items across departments.
4. Confidential Communication Management
- Draft official correspondence, NDAs, MoUs, and high-level communication.
- Handle classified and sensitive information with utmost confidentiality.
- Coordinate internal communication between leadership teams.
5. Operational Oversight
- Monitor cross-functional projects including production, supply chain, R&D, and quality.
- Follow up on manufacturing timelines and strategic defence deliveries.
- Support risk assessment and mitigation tracking.
