Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant (EA) to support the Director in day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will be organized, professional, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Director's calendar and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Coordinate and follow up on meetings with internal teams, clients, and external partners
- Track daily tasks and ongoing projects using Zoho Task and other project management tools
- Oversee email correspondence on behalf of the Director, ensuring timely communication and resolution
- Delegate and review daily staff responsibilities; collect and analyze MIS reports from team leads
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and organizing legal agreements and internal documents
- Liaise with vendors on invoicing, procurement, and service negotiations
- Support marketing and social media efforts, including management of professional profiles
- Communicate with government departments and officials as required
- Conduct research, compile reports, and participate in strategic brainstorming
- Provide logistical support for events, client meetings, and business travel
- Contribute to content development and editorial support for book-writing and special projects
Candidate Profile – Who You Are:
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in an Executive Assistant or Administrative role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in MS Office, email management systems, and Zoho Task
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, discreet, and dependable in handling sensitive information
