About the Company

A fast-growing US fintech is scaling its India team and has partnered with Flexiple to hire an Executive Assistant for its Managing Director. You will support a leader steering a regulated, high-stakes business, with a front-row view of how it grows. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.

Role Overview

As Executive Assistant to the Managing Director, you will keep the MD's day running with precision - managing time, client coordination, and communication so leadership can stay focused on the business.

Key Responsibilities

Schedule and Travel

  • Manage the MD calendar across US and India time zones
  • Plan travel, itineraries, and on-site logistics end to end
  • Prepare agendas, briefing packs, and meeting follow-ups

Client and Communication

  • Coordinate client and partner meetings with a polished, professional touch
  • Screen and prioritise correspondence on the MD's behalf
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 5 to 9 years supporting senior leaders as an executive assistant
  • Strong organisation, prioritisation, and a polished professional manner
  • Clear written and spoken English and reliable judgement under pressure
  • A reliable remote-work setup and comfort with time-zone overlap

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in fintech, financial services, or a regulated environment
  • Comfort coordinating with external clients and global stakeholders
  • Familiarity with scheduling, CRM, and productivity tools
