POSITION OVERVIEW
The Executive Assistant (EA) to the Director will provide administrative, operational, travel, and strategic support to ensure smooth functioning of the Director's office. The role requires strong coordination, confidentiality, communication, and multitasking abilities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
✔ Manage the Director's calendar, meetings, travel schedules, and correspondence.
✔ Coordinate internal/external meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure timely follow-ups.
✔ Maintain confidential files, documents, records, and official communication.
✔ Prepare presentations, MIS reports, minutes of meetings, and business summaries.
✔ Track action points, project deliverables, approvals, and vendor coordination.
✔ Handle travel arrangements, hotel bookings, reimbursements, and accompany the Director/MD for official travel and meetings as required.
✔ Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and effective coordination at all times.
REQUIRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
✔ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
✔ Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
✔ Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
EXPERIENCE
✔ 3–7 years of experience as Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant / Office Coordinator.
✔ Experience supporting senior leadership (Director / MD / CEO) preferred.
✔ Experience in travel coordination and field visits is an added advantage.
