Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Yamunanagar for an Executive Assistant to the Managing Director. The Executive Assistant will provide high-level executive support, including managing the Managing Director's calendar, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements. Responsibilities also include preparing reports, handling confidential documents, managing administrative tasks, and facilitating communications to ensure efficient management workflows. The role requires close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to support the Managing Director in strategic and operational activities.

Qualifications

  • 510 years experience in providing executive-level support
  • Strong analytical & communication skills
  • Excellent follow-up and coordination ability
  • High confidentiality & maturity
  • Strong skills in Executive Administrative Assistance, Executive Support, and Administrative Assistance
  • Experience in Calendar Management and scheduling appointments effectively
  • Excellent Communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Advanced organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • Proficiency in using productivity tools and software, such as MS Office Suite
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, maintain discretion, and handle sensitive information with confidentiality
