About the Role:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive to the Founder to work closely with the leadership team at The Gusto & Eko Clothing. This role goes beyond traditional administrative support and involves enabling founders in day-to-day execution, follow-ups, coordination, and operational efficiency.
You will act as a key support partner to the Founders, ensuring priorities are tracked, action items are executed, and systems are built to support a growing, purpose-driven business in the premium vegan fashion space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Founders, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel planning, and personal tasks.
- Manage daily task lists and ensure timely execution and closure of action items across teams.
- Track, maintain, and consolidate MIS reports; follow up with departments for data and updates.
- Coordinate hiring activities including candidate screening, interview scheduling, and closing as per Founders requirements.
- Maintain strong follow-ups on pending deliverables and provide regular updates to the Founders.
- Act as a liaison between the Founders and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and execution.
- Apply logical and analytical thinking to identify bottlenecks and suggest process improvements.
- Support integration of technology into marketing, sales, and operations by learning and implementing tools such as CRMs, Bitespeed, automation platforms, and ERP systems.
- Learn new and existing business tools and train team members on correct usage and best practices.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion while handling sensitive business and personal information.
- Handle ad-hoc professional or personal assignments as directed by the Founders.
Qualifications:
- 0-2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Founder's Office Associate, or similar role.
- Strong organizational skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Good logical reasoning, analytical ability, and problem-solving skills.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and implement tools that support marketing, sales, and operations.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and tasks with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and task/project management tools (Notion, Asana, Trello) is mandatory.
