About the Role
We are seeking a highly capable and proactive Executive Assistant to the Founder who will serve as a strategic partner in managing day-to-day operations, communications, and priorities. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and outstanding communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact between the Founder and internal/external stakeholders
- Manage complex calendars, meetings, travel, and schedules with precision
- Prepare presentations, reports, briefs, and correspondence on behalf of the Founder
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with absolute discretion
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and follow up on action items
- Assist with strategic planning, research, and special projects
- Draft and review emails, documents, and communications with clarity and professionalism
- Anticipate needs and proactively resolve issues before they arise
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree from a recognized institution
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven experience supporting senior executives or founders
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace tools
