About the Role

We are seeking a highly capable and proactive Executive Assistant to the Founder who will serve as a strategic partner in managing day-to-day operations, communications, and priorities. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and outstanding communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact between the Founder and internal/external stakeholders
  • Manage complex calendars, meetings, travel, and schedules with precision
  • Prepare presentations, reports, briefs, and correspondence on behalf of the Founder
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with absolute discretion
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and follow up on action items
  • Assist with strategic planning, research, and special projects
  • Draft and review emails, documents, and communications with clarity and professionalism
  • Anticipate needs and proactively resolve issues before they arise

Required Qualifications

  • Master's degree from a recognized institution
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven experience supporting senior executives or founders
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace tools

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Salary upto 5 Lakh Per Annum
