About the Role
We are hiring a high-calibre Executive Assistant to the Founder & CEO to support the leadership of a premium fashion manufacturing & export company based in Gurugram.
This is not an administrative or clerical role.
This is a high-trust, business-critical position for someone who can manage priorities, drive follow-ups, and act as a strong right hand to the CEO.
What You'll Do
- Own and manage the CEO's calendar with strategic intent
- Prioritise meetings based on business impact (not first-come-first-serve)
- Prepare agendas, capture decisions, and ensure execution
- Track follow-ups across production, merchandising, finance, and operations
- Act as a coordination bridge between CEO and leadership team
- Maintain weekly business dashboards (orders, production, timelines, key risks)
- Draft professional communication with clients, vendors, and partners
- Handle sensitive information with absolute confidentiality
- Plan CEO travel and meetings efficiently to maximise productivity
- Must Be flexible in working time.
What This Role Is NOT
Not a personal assistant role
Not a receptionist or admin support role
Not limited to calendar booking or travel only
This role requires business judgment, maturity, and ownership.
Who Should Apply
- 58+ years experience as an EA to Founder / CEO / Senior Leadership
- Experience in manufacturing, exports, fashion, retail, or supply-chain businesses is a strong plus
- Excellent organisation and follow-through
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Calm under pressure, proactive by nature
- High integrity and discretion
- Comfortable saying no politely on behalf of the CEO
