Job Description

Role Overview:

We are looking for a high-impactprofile to act as the strategic right hand to the Director at Pharma Access. You will not just support operations but actively drive revenue, direct Business Development strategies, and handle high-level legal and PR communications. You are expected to be a Task Master with an exceptional memory for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Business Development (BD) & Revenue Growth

  • Strategy Formulation: Assist in formulating and executing business strategies, including researching andanalyzing new market entry opportunities.
  • Revenue Architecture: Work proactively to identify gaps and implement strategies to improve overall company revenue.
  • Actionable Intelligence: Gather market intelligence to direct Business Development (BD) drives. Study weeklyBD updates to curate and dictate the next strategic action plan (business-wise).
  • Diversification: Keep Directors informed of growing industries apart from Pharma for potential businessdiversification.

2. Project, Financial & Procurement Control

  • Project Oversight: Comprehensively review Project Status for both Engineering and Execution phases to ensure all projects are completed on time.
  • Financial P&L Monitoring: Check financial gains and losses in every single project; identify leaks and advise onprofitability.
  • Procurement Audit: Assist and review the Procurement Department's decisions to ensure cost-efficiency andstrategic sourcing.
  • Business Intelligence (BI): Synthesize complex data to create the Quarterly Business Intelligence Report forManagement meetings.

3. Operational Leadership & Executive Reviews

  • Executive Management: Organize and run Quarterly Management Assessment meetings for Directors and VPs.
  • VP Oversight: Critically review Monthly In-Progress Reports from VPs, identifying red flags before they reachthe Director.
  • Task Mastery: Monitor the Daily Action Log strictly to ensure team adherence to deadlines. Maintain anexcellent, comprehensive mental log of projects and conversations for instant recall.
  • Decision Support: Manage high-level decision-making processes and act on escalations independently beforethey reach the Director.
  • Team Leadership: Lead the internal team of formatters and Quality supporters to ensure output excellence.

4. Legal, PR & Communication

  • Legal Proxy: Possess surface-level legal knowledge and familiarity with legal language to assist in preparing documents. Read and execute contracts on behalf of the Director.
  • Public Relations (PR): Act as the face of the Director in high-stakes communications; demonstrating really good PR skills.
  • Brand Custodian: Direct the creation of marketing collaterals and creatives, ensuring brand consistency.
  • Communication: Manage the Director's email ecosystem and handle all high-level correspondence.

5. Knowledge Management & Innovation

  • Industry Watchdog: Conduct continuous research on ISPE magazines and industry innovations, feeding this intelligence to Marketing to create content.
  • Certification Drive: Ensure all internal employees are up-to-date with the latest certifications (e.g., PMP, Safety, Lead Auditors).
  • Program Management: Conceptualize and execute in-office programs and culture-building initiatives.
  • Industrial Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date industrial knowledge to advise the Director.

6. Eligibility & Skills

  • Education: Engineering Degree + MBA from a Tier 1 Company/Institute (Preferred).
  • Tech Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in all AI tools and Business Intelligence software.
  • Core Competencies: Business Driven, Tech Savvy, Open to Travel, Excellent Communication.
