Key Responsibilities

Administrative & Secretarial Support

  • Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the Director
  • Manage and maintain the Director's calendar, appointments, and meeting schedules
  • Organize, prepare, and maintain reports, presentations, and official correspondence
  • Draft emails, letters, and other communication documents

Coordination & Communication

  • Act as a liaison between the Director and internal/external stakeholders
  • Coordinate inter-departmental communication and follow-ups
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and official communication professionally

Travel & Meeting Management

  • Arrange travel bookings including flights, accommodation, and local transport
  • Prepare travel itineraries and ensure smooth travel coordination
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, conferences, and appointments
  • Prepare meeting agendas and record minutes when required

Confidentiality & Documentation

  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion
  • Maintain organized filing systems for documents and records
  • Ensure proper documentation and record management

Project & Task Management

  • Assist in tracking project timelines and action items
  • Follow up on pending tasks and ensure timely completion
  • Support the Director in strategic and operational initiatives
