Managing the Director's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Screening and managing incoming calls, emails, and other communications, and responding appropriately or redirecting, as necessary.
- Drafting and preparing correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents on behalf of the Director.
- Coordinating and preparing materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and minutes.
- Conducting research and compiling data to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Liaising with internal departments, external stakeholders, and clients on behalf of the Director.
- Providing administrative support, such as managing expenses, processing invoices, and maintaining filing systems.
- Assisting with special projects and initiatives as assigned by the Director
